For more than twenty years, the Weese name has been synonymous with quality new homes on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  For two decades, Weese Development Corporation proudly built high quality, personalized homes for customers in Queen Anne’s County, Kent County, Talbot County, Caroline County, Dorchester County, and even Anne Arundel County.  Through those years, we consistently worked to ensure we were delivering homes of high standards by staying on the cutting edge of new techniques and materials to incorporate into our homes.

Now, Weese Homes Incorporated carries on that family tradition by offering superior quality service, flexibility in design, and as always, outstanding quality and care in the homes we construct.  We continue to keep energy efficient construction at the forefront of our methodology.  That’s why all of our homes feature energy saving features like conditioned crawlspaces and quality Andersen® windows.

We not only offer complete custom home builds, but we also invite our customers to modify our models to fit their needs as well.  We’re not one of those builders that forces you to build it our way.  We understand that it’s your home, and we want to make it so.

About Jeff Weese

Jeff Weese is a second generation homebuilder whose experience in the construction, real estate, and real estate finance fields give him a unique and broad perspective on the homebuilding industry. 

He is a lifelong resident of Queen Anne’s County and enjoys the long-lasting friendships he has throughout the community.

Jeff resides in Chester with his wife Jennifer.  Both are graduates of the University of Richmond.  They have two sons, Alex and Joshua.  Jeff is active as a coach for his son’s sports teams as well as several other charitable, civic, and business related organizations.  His hobbies include playing golf and playing guitar.

Jeff is a graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy and has served on several state committees.  He also served as President of the Bay Area Association of Realtors® in 2003-2004.
